Shipping Policy

Delivery will be carried out by logistics within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receiving the order.

Delivery takes a certain number of days depending on the delivery area.
If you are in a hurry to have your item shipped, please be sure to check the arrival date of the item before placing your order.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.  


Duty & Tax

The price shown includes VAT, import duties, and all applicable taxes.
You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
All customs-related fees are settled at the time of checkout.

Return/Exchange

We will exchange the products if damage and trouble caused solely by the company and if the wrong product is being sent in international transactions. However, in case of the same kind of products are out of stock, they will be refunded by the below procedure.

  1. Notify our customer service center of the damage with detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Return the damaged item to the designated place as it was originally shipped or follow the instruction of our staff at the customer service center.  

Sorry, return policy will not apply to the products shipped overseas, due to customer’s convenience.

 

Long-Term Absence and Refusal of Receipt

If you are absent for an extended period or refuse to receive the item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item and for the return shipping fee to Japan.
Additionally, we may not accept future orders from customers who repeatedly return or cancel orders, as this suggests a lack of intent to purchase.
