Restock Request

By registering through the restock request button available on sold-out products, you can receive a notification email when the product is restocked.

※ This function does not guarantee the purchase or restocking of the product.

To ensure long-term use of our products, we offer repair services.

Order Confirmation Email

An order confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address within a few minutes after placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted only on the same day the order was placed.

Return & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

For products purchased from our Online Store, we accept returns within 7 days of arrival.※ If the delivery date cannot be confirmed, returns are accepted within 10 days from the shipping date.
Exchanges are available only for the same product. However, due to stock availability, we may not be able to fulfill your exchange request. In such cases, we will process a refund instead.
Please note that we do not accept any returns past the return period, even if the product has issues.
For international orders, the same return and exchange conditions apply.
Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

・More than 7 days have passed since the product arrived.
・The product has been used even once.
・The product has absorbed odors, or has stains, damage, or other issues caused by the customer.
・The product has been altered (e.g., hemmed) or washed.
・The product tag or label has been removed.
・The invoice has been lost.
・Parts of the product or accessories are missing.

Refunds

For returns due to customer preference, we will refund the full product amount (including tax), excluding shipping fees.For clothing items, additional fees may apply for cleaning and folding, as required before resale.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 days after we confirm the arrival of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued via your credit card company once the returned item is received. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your credit card company. For further details, please contact your credit card provider.
