During the first wash, the fabric may shrink by approximately 2-3 cm in length. This shrinkage has been accounted for in production, so if you are concerned about sizing, we recommend trying it on after washing.

As this product is made from natural fibers, some color fading may occur during washing. There is a slight possibility that the color may transfer to other garments, so for the first wash, we recommend washing it separately.

Avoid using a tumble dryer, as it may cause further shrinkage or affect the fabric’s texture.

Delivery Date and Time Specification

Long-Term Absence and Refusal of Receipt
If you are absent for an extended period or refuse to receive the item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee when sending the item and for the return shipping fee to Japan.
Additionally, we may not accept future orders from customers who repeatedly return or cancel orders, as this suggests a lack of intent to purchase.

Packaging and Shipping
Items ordered in multiple batches cannot be shipped together.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will exchange products if they are damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was sent during international transactions. However, if the same product is out of stock, we will issue a refund according to the following procedure:

1. Notify our customer service center of the damage with a detailed and reasonable explanation within 30 days of delivery.
2. Use the enclosed packing slip and return form when returning damaged products.
3. Return the damaged item to the designated location as it was originally shipped, or follow the instructions provided by our customer service staff.

Please note that our return policy does not apply to products shipped overseas for reasons of customer convenience.
